CTC Distributing, Ltd. located at 615 Blaze Blvd., Edinburg, Texas is less than ¼ mile west of IH281 South off Owassa Road. The facility provides immediate OTR access to IH281 north or south and is less than 3 miles from the US77/83 interchange connecting to the Rio Grande Valley east or west. Edinburg is 240 miles due south of San Antonio, 350 southwest of Houston and 90 miles west of Brownsville.

The 140,000-sq. ft. facility offers at least 25 overhead dock high doors and all areas are bonded. This photograph was taken from the south edge of the property that runs parallel to Owassa Road, and is the single gated entrance/exit.

Building exterior surveillance security is 24-hour video recorded surveillance. The existing system has expansion capabilities to enhance surveillance as required.
