Each warehouse area is self contained, concrete tilt wall and steel building construction providing electronic surveillance, break in and fire alarm and monitoring. Unlike similar operations, CTC Distributing has the ability to completely separate each major customer’s product in secure locations within each warehouse area, and if required, can completely isolate customer’s inventory with its’ own warehouse and office facilities onsite for inventory or loss control personnel.
The facility capacity is 140,000 sq.ft of which 70,000 square feet is racked. Drive in racking for both long and short-term storage can be easily configured to meet specific needs.
CTC Distributing, Ltd. is strategically located for international trade and integral supply chain management in South Texas. Only 15 miles due north of the Pharr International Bridge, delivery to/from any one of the 135+ maquilas south of the border in Reynosa is less than one hour transit, contingent upon fulfillment of all necessary US and MX customs requirements. CTC coordinates with the customers’ MX customs broker of choice for optimal efficiency of the cross border transaction. Over the road access to/from San Antonio is approximately 250 miles and to/from Houston 350 miles.
